Vacation spoiled thanks to Srishty Management

The property is under renovation and needs a lot of maintenance. There is still work around the swimming pool that needs completion, the water was not very clean/ clear so we could not use it. The Massage centre is not functional. Breakfast both days was very tasty, limited options however taste was good. They also cater to other meals however need to inform them early. The staff is friendly and hospitable. Suresh who manages the administration of the property is very friendly and approachable. We had an unforeseen incident that spoilt our holiday plans and we are very unhappy to see that there was minimal support from the Srishty management. Our new car was parked very close to our room at a place suggested by the management. In the afternoon, the water can van driver drove harshly and banged into our car damaging the door without any supervision from Srishty management. The owner of the vehicle did not arrive until about 2 hours and was not willing to compensate us for the loss. The management of Srishty on whose premises this incident happened supported the locals more than us, their guests. Finally, after 7 hours of waiting, false promises and discussions, we were paid a paltry sum in lieu of going to the police station and filing a complaint. We were almost cornered into this option as the local people started increasing in number and we were just the 2 of us. For our own safety we decided to compromise. We lost out on our lunch, sight seeing plans, shopping and almost dinner too. This whole incident has left a sour taste for us and we will never visit Srishty again. They did not take any onus for the damage done to their guest’s vehicle on their premise. Very poor management support. Totally disappointed because of this experience and because of this attitude and behaviour we do not recommend this resort.

The best resort I have ever visited ,especially the food and service were great .The new Maharaja cottages were very luxurious and we had a wonderful stay .The breakfast was complimentary and also they had swimming pool which has a hill view.This is a very peaceful place and it is a must stay place.

This resort is situated near the foot hills and receive very good and heavy breeze. old courtallam falls very near by. Good to stay as family and it's very calm and pleasent. Food, need to be ordered prior else difficult to get. During season a must visit place.

Its too far from the main city and no amenities. Don't get fooled by the pictures they display in the website. We cancelled the room seeing the atmosphere. Lot of insects in and around the rooms. Staying with the family is not advisable.

This is an excellent property for a routine getaway. Rooms and restrooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff are really courteous. Best place to stay in courtallam and best value for money. Best stay for family. Ambiance outside is really great. The property is located near old courtallam. You need to travel 6 kms for main falls and 10 kms for five falls. The locality is very calm.
